robust breakfast kind staff music vibrations ground floor

the breakfast had a robust selection. the staff, especially jady, dom, and saeed, treated us with kindness and care. they accommodated my request for an early check-in completely. they looked after our luggage when we went on an overnight dessert safari, great!!!

the nightclub on the ground floor was problematic. i could hear and feel the music vibrations until 3am. i was moved to the 10th floor, but the vibrations still reached my floor. this impacted my sleep.
